Katharina Grosse studied with Gotthard Graubner; without a doubt, she is one of the German female artist stars of our time. Grosse's works are always multi-coloured, she usually applies the paint with a spray gun. The artist is intensively concerned with art history - both colour field and landscape painting as well as land art, inspire her colourful installation works.
