The last graphic work 1994-2000 consists of 7 screenprints, 2 editions of colour etchings, 4 Japanese woodcuts and 23 colour etchings of the doodles, created by Hundertwasser since the year 1985 and printed between 1996 and 1999.
Hundertwasser screenprints:
Hundertwasser was able to achieve a variety of new expressive possibilities and pictorial effects in screenprints by using a sophisticated technique as well as manual processing. Hundertwasser was a forerunner in the development of new techniques and the use of new materials.
For example, he used metal foil embossing and fluorescent colours, reflective glass dust overlays or electrostatic flocking already in his first serigraphs. In collaboration with printer Claudio Barbato in Venice, Hundertwasser achieved his goal of creating both colour and form variations within an edition, with the result that each sheet of an edition is different in colour and design from all the others, i.e. a unique piece.

Colors, details and printing techniques vary within a series - a truly unique piece within the edition. If you want to buy a Hundertwasser etching, you should pay attention to these individual differences.
Owning a work from Hundertwasser's last creative period means becoming part of a unique chapter in art history - hence the growing demand from collectors who specifically want to buy a Hundertwasser print or a special Hundertwasser picture.

Hundertwasser was more than just a painter: he was an activist, architect and ecologist. He fought for a more life-friendly world with emphatic manifestos, actions and happenings. His visions are reflected in his works - one reason why many people consciously buy Hundertwasser paintings, which convey a message beyond the visual.
Since the 1950s, Hundertwasser has realized over 40 architectural projects worldwide. He fought for organic forms, the right to windows, spontaneous vegetation and living houses - an attitude that still fascinates today and motivates people to consciously want to buy Hundertwasser - out of conviction, out of respect, out of love for nature and art.
