Managing Partner
Studied business administration in St. Gallen, followed by a doctorate. After working in Hamburg and St. Gallen, he became managing partner of ARTES.

Maximilian Engelmann
Management
German literature and media studies and cultural management in Hanover and Vienna. Before ARTES she worked at the Haus am Waldsee in Berlin, the Kestnergesellschaft in Hanover and the SCHIRN Kunsthalle in Frankfurt.

Michelle Matschke
Member of the management / Catalogue / Cooperations
She studied cultural studies and business administration in Mainz. She specialised in marketing and worked for PR and communications agencies before joining ARTES.

Studied art history and ethnology in Frankfurt am Main and London, supplemented by further training to become a certified cultural manager. After his first professional positions in the auction business in London, he moved to leading international galleries in Cologne.

Master's degree in art and design studies in Essen. She worked as an art historian in a renowned auction house in the Ruhr area and was most recently employed by an art trading company in northern Germany.
