YESS goes big

An oversized image by YESS: For the cultural center franz.K in Reutlingen, the artist YESS designed an oversized poster wall.

The cultural center franz.K regularly presents young local artists from the Baden Würtemberg region. For his solo exhibition, artist YESS transformed one of his works into a 6 x 4 meter poster, which was subsequently on display in Reutlingen.

YESS is known for his detailed painting, inspired by Pop Art. he principal motifs of his painting are letters and character stubs of the present, which Yess gives a life of their own in his paintings. The artist stages the symbols of our culture and our everyday life in colourful paintings with playfulness and senses of humour.
