Venice Biennale

The Biennale di Venezia is the oldest and most famous international art exhibition. It was held for the first time in 1895. There is probably no more beautiful setting for art than the lagoon city with its canals, small bridges and enchanting palazzi.

The 60th International Art Exhibition will take place from April 20 to November 24, 2024. This year's curator is the Brazilian Adriano Pedrosa. "I feel very honored by this prestigious appointment, especially because I am the first Latin American to curate the International Art Exhibition, and even the first to be based in the southern hemisphere," said Pedrosa.

For artists, participation in the Biennale has always been and still is an honor. Many big names in art history have already been invited to present their works in Venice. And many an artist has achieved world fame here.
